After visiting Dalyan in summer 2005, we felt we had found the ideal location for our property in this beautiful area of Turkey. We viewed several villas and after meeting Asalet we liked the quality of his work so much, we felt confident to buy an off-plan project. This allowed us to have total control over the style and layout of the property.
We were constantly kept up to date and received regular photographs of the project at each stage by email. When we visited in April 2006 Asalet took us to choose all internal furnishings and fittings. By May 2006 our villa was complete and we took possession of the keys.
We have just spent our first family holiday in Villa Lares (named after the Roman gods of the household) and we are looking forward to booking our next flights for October.

We'd been looking for a property in Dalyan for a few years when friends brought us to see this villa in summer 2005. We liked the way that the villa was presented; it's not a luxury villa but it has muted colours, tasteful tiles and a feeling of quality. The garden has been landscaped with care.
We have always liked the Gulpinar area - it's near all amenities, but in a nice quiet road.
We had met Asalet the previous summer and he was very helpful. Once we had decided to buy, he suggested we get some furniture and stay in the villa for a night straight away!
Asalet is easy to work with and eager to please. His architect is helpful too, always ready to listen to suggestions and to incorporate any special requests if possible. If we've had any difficulties there has always been help at hand.
We are very pleased with our villa and impressed with the service we've received from Asalet so far.

I first visited Dalyan in 2001, fell in love with it, and have visited several times a year since then. In 2003, I decided to buy a small property. I met Asalet through a friend and went into partnership with him to build three houses with a shared pool. The design was striking and innovative. In spring 2004, I saw the finished houses and opted to keep one of them as part of my share of the profit.
While the houses were being built, I had frequent emails and pictures of the progress of the houses, as well as being consulted on any decisions about finishes and colours. Since then, there have been improvements - for example, the outside paving did not meet Asalet's high standards and this was changed to improve the overall appearance of the properties.
Both Asalet and Huseyin Can, one of Asalet's managers, took me to choose furnishings, helped me to set up services and contacted tradesmen as I needed them to install fans and white goods. Asalet also took me to a garden centre, where I chose jasmine and melissa which perfume the air night and day.
In 2004 we built four more houses, this time designed by architect Murat Can, Asalet's cousin - together they make a formidable team, producing houses to an exceptionally high standard with continually more innovative and well thought-out designs. They monitor the progress of building, keeping clients informed and supplied with photos via the Internet at each stage.
I have found Asalet to be honest, honourable, courteous and fair in my dealings with him. The standard of workmanship in his houses is continually good and his choice of building workers and his relationship with them results in good co-operation between him and his workforce.

I first met Asalet Can in August 2004 whilst staying in the villa that he had built for my daughter in Dalyan.
In November of that year I purchased an older property that needed modernising. I approached Asalet and used his workforce and expertise to get a variety of jobs completed. It is now a very desirable property with its own swimming pool.
I have always found Asalet to be helpful and easy to work with. He has a good workforce who are producing quality houses.

I had been thinking of buying a property abroad for some time but was a little concerned about how to go about it. I had been to Dalyan years ago, it is a beautiful place and friends had recently bought there, so we went to look. I was introduced to Asalet Can by another friend who was having a house built by him off plan. He took me to look at some very reasonably priced properties that he had for sale, but when he showed me a block of 4 two bed- roomed apartments that he had built I knew that this was what i wanted, so we decided to have one built off- plan. It was completed on schedule in May and i am completely satisfied.
The workmanship is the best i have seen, everything is to a very high standard. The gardens and pool are superb, we have had no problems whatsoever. From then on Asalet did not become just our builder but a friend as well. I was introduced to his wife and family and welcomed into their home. He took me shopping for furniture and accessories and made the whole process stress free. I am now looking for another property either off- plan or a re- sale and i would'nt consider using any other person, I have complete faith in Asalet Can.
