Starting at just £52,000 our new build projects combine quality workmanship, stylish designs and practical living spaces at an unrivalled price.  All our villas and apartments include a pool (shared or private), a furnishing package and the completed build within the price of the project.  Having your holiday home built can save you as much as 10% over many of the resale properties available.  Construction of a new build also takes less time than you may think, our projects take around 6 months to complete.

We are aware that you will want your own input into the design of your home and so the finishing touches such as kitchen design, tiling, colours, etc will be finished to your exact requirements.

We have a range of building plots suitable for all our new build projects, we have personally selected these plots for location and convenience.  All our plots are within 15 minutes walk of the town centre, are close to local amenities and in quiet and peaceful residential areas.
